We had perfect weather this past Saturday (2/11) and got a lot done. Thanks El Guapo, Oz, BBQ, and Clueless for coming out.

Pax….if you can spare a few hours, come out again this Saturday (2/18) to help with this. These three tree houses will be a nice asset to the Ranch when they are done.

Our friends at Wings of Eagles Ranch are gearing up for another exciting summer camp program. This summer’s theme is “Days of Old”, and it will feature three connected ‘Tom Sawyer’ tree houses. This will be a fascinating experience for the special needs children, and now At-Risk Youth, that the Ranch serves. The Ranch needs carpentry help in building these decks (not to worry if you don’t swing a hammer – there is always non-carpentry help needed as well). Three work days are currently scheduled: February 18 & 25 and March 18. MeCa Pax have come through for the Ranch on numerous occasions in the past. If you can help on any of these workdays (arrive 9:00 am or later) please HC here (or to SS Minnow 704-281-8653 or joehwll@gmail.com) as they need a count of expected volunteers.
