On October 29th at 6:30am-7:30am Tradition AO and MeCa Region will be hosting the 3rd Annual BeatDown, ChowDown!

Always a fun event filled with 1st and 2ndF aplenty!

3700 Prosperity Church Rd – The Tradition AO

6:30- The BeatDown! Special guest Q from outside of MeCa Region! Sure to bring the pain!

7:30 – A little Q&A with F3 founders OBT and Dredd!

Followed by a Bacon Infused Pancake breakfast! Provided by StoneBridge Church’s RealLife mens group!

Followed by a special guest speaker – George McGovern, chaplain for the NY Giants & NY Yankees!

Whatever you do on the 29th, choose, one, two or all of the above options!

    For anyone interested in running a little before BDCD tomorrow, Gentle Grizzly will be Qing 5 mile or 2 mile option from Tradition. 5-miler leaves Tradition at 0530 and swings back by at 0600 to pick up the 2 milers.
