Independence Day Convergence

12 F3MECA region faithful started their Independence Day right with a Smokehouse beatdown. It went something like this.
Warmup
Mosey around the parking lot and over to the playground.
- SSH x20
- Windmill x13
- Imperial Squat Walker x15
- Merkin x15
The Thang
5 Stations repeated 4 times.
- 40 LBCs OYO
- 20 Air Squats OYO
- 15 Dips OYO
- 10 Pull Ups OYO
- Bear Crawl around the deck of the playground.
Long Mosey past the cricket pitch, through the disc golf course to the first picnic shelter. Keep running back for the six until all arrive. Slow Mosey to the big picnic shelter.
- 20 Step Ups each leg OYO
- Decline Plank and hold w/Side Plank added in.
- Decline Merkin x10
- Moroccan Night Club x20
- Overhead Clap x20
- We’re Not Worthy Praise x20
Mosey around the woods to a smaller picnic shelter and away from the park ranger.
- 8 Picnic Table Press OYO
- Air Squats while you wait for a table to come available.
- Repeato for 4 rounds
Mosey down towards the pond. Heading up the hill towards the swings do the following:
- Bear Crawl to failure
- Crab Walk to failure
- Lunge Walk to the swings
- Swerkins x20
- 76 LBCs OYO
Long Mosey back to the cars.

- Great second F afterwards. We don’t often have enough guys who can stay for coffee after our normal Saturday workouts, but that is truly one of my favorite things about Saturday workouts. Glad we could make it happen today.
