Preblast: F3MECA 4th of July Convergence at Reedy Creek Park

F3 Boondocks is excited to host a July 4th convergence bootcamp workout at its biggest AO, The Smokehouse, AKA Reedy Creek Park and Nature Preserve, 0700-0800! This AO boasts a wide array of opportunities for pain. Within the 146 acres of park and 737 acres of nature preserve are 10 miles of running and biking trails; cricket, soccer, and softball fields; a basketball court; an 18 hole disc golf course; two playgrounds; numerous picnic shelters and more. In such a big space, we will cover a lot of ground, but no man will be left behind.
Please plan to join your F3 brothers at 0700, on July 4th. We will meet at the second parking lot on the left, next to the basketball court and playground.
**Double Down Opportunity** F3Harrisburg will be running Blue Ridge Relay training in the Abbington neighborhood starting at the pool house, 4045 French Fields Ln, Harrisburg, from 0530-0615. The huge hills in this neighborhood will not disappoint! Just a ten-minute drive straight down Rocky River Road to get to Reedy Creek Park from there.
