Welcome to the solid crowd. Here to celebrate my dad’s 80th bday that he didn’t quite reach as he passed away almost a month ago. Today we honored his service as a Marine.

THE THANG: The Marine Marsoc Short Card
Mosey to middle of football field. Split Marsoc Short Card into 4 rounds. Do 1 round. Run a lap…or less, whatever you like. The exercises are available all over the inter webs. Plenty of merkins in there. Military Marching band style musical accompanied the workout for motivation.
Mosey back and stop at Greenway entrance. Monkey Humpers until a car comes…it took a minute.
MARY: 80 LBCs for my Dad’s 80 years
ANNOUNCEMENTS: Come on out tomorrow for day 3. Run or ruck. My Dad enjoyed running so that’s what YHC will be doing.
COT: Prayers lifted for my mom and family. Also for baby Stetson as we pray for his continued development in the womb. Prayers also to Vespa’s neighbor Jack and his family from back in NJ who passed away recently.
MOLESKIN: It would have been great to celebrate today with my Dad in person, but it was not to be. He suffered a lot in his final year or two, and while there is relief that his suffering is over, he is still greatly missed. I just want to say thank you to everyone for posting today. Had some Kotters, some visitors, some people I dragged out, plenty of regulars and the 3rd generation of John Robert Sinclair out there. It was awesome to share this morning with my son. I appreciate also the kind words during Namearama, I know my Mom will appreciate it greatly as well. Happy Heavenly birthday Dad, I love you.
