11 youngins broke in to the liquor cabinet and took their weekly dose of white lightning.

In honor of our gnarly visitor, started with Mericans x10, then off we went.
Up the sidewalk to the 29/Morehead corner for warm-up (not sure if that was good advertising for the passing drivers, or scared them away)

Air Squats x15

Down the other sidewalk for another set of Mericans x10
Mosey to the main entrance, up to the Speedway island
5 Burpee Box Jumps every minute, on the minute, for 10 minutes
3 sets of 10 Incline Mericans and 10 Dips
Down and over to the Turn 1 gate/ramp
Backward run up the ramp, 20 Air Squats
Run down, 18 Mericans
Backward run up, 16 Air Squats
…continue down to 2 Air Squats at the bottom
Find the nearest hill (aka “flat surface at an incline”)
Bear Crawl up, 10 Mericans
Crawl Bear down, 9 Mericans
Bear Crawl up, 8 Mericans
…continue down to 1 Merican at the bottom

6. AstroVan knows 9Lives and says he’s always a nice guy. Gulfstream and I respectfully disagree on the “always” part.
7. HongKongPhooey was flying on the Turn 1 ramp, edging out Clueless for the win (I believe). Not gonna lie….I’m a little skeered of his first WhiteLightning Q.
8. Strong work by SidVicious as well – thanks for the push finishing that ladder.
9. Awesome to see a 32 year age span out there, with TerribleTowel clocking in at 28 and SSMinnow at a still-faster-than-you young age of 60.
10. Finally, thanks to GnarlyGoat for the visit and for taking us out in prayer. Stay tuned as he’ll be firing up TheBonesaw in the near future.

Strong work this morning.
Came into the workout with really sore legs. Found no comfort in the @Gamma beatdown. Could hardly get out of the car when I got home. #F3problems
@Gamma – strong lead this morning. A man of your sturdy undercarriage has no issues making us young guys sweat. t-claps brother.
I might of been sleeping while operating a motor vehicle this morning and your non-sense burpee box jumps didn’t help me stay that why as the heart rate continued to increase with 10 sets of those.
Good to see our annual brother, @GnarlyGoat this morning at #WhiteLightning. I think we have improved your experience at Great Wolf Lodge by having a Monday beatdown just a mile down the road.

I don’t believe there was any other way to get up that hill this morning besides bear crawling… and the crawl bear on the down was more like a reverse slide bear. Must be the Turn 1 banking…

Nice lead @Gamma. I discovered a smelly substance in the grass on the hill. My gloves are in the wash before the next workout tomorrow. Enjoying the location of White Lightning.
