THE THANG: school bus parking space side shuffle with air press to mid way across parking lot to the pain stations. 4 pain stations for 1 minute each. Rotate between stations after 15 seconds rest. Pains stations were: MedBall Jack, Resistance bands partner pull, jump rope. Agility latter. Round 2 was for 45 seconds at each station. Next round of pain stations were Power squats, Power plank, MedBall curls, hurdle jump + half burpee. Round 1 was 1 minute and round 2 45 seconds.

Thank you for attending YHC 5 year F3 anniversary! I can’t believe it has been 5 years already. You guys have been good to me and I am grateful to have all of you as friends. I am extremely thankful for those who have been there for me during the difficult times. This year has been extremely challenging from a health standpoint. The fact that I had such a great support group, which you guys are a big part of, was a huge mental boost. My mental strength has been challenged since my cancer diagnosis, but you have brought me the strength that I needed to stay positive, even though my brain was sometime trying to take me in the opposite direction. I have appointment with urologist today, but it will most likely be at least 6 months until the PSA numbers start declining as the radiation seeds do their job killing that prostate cancer. I appreciate the continuous prayers until they declare me cancer free. Let’s pray that during my 6 year anniversary I will be cancer free. Thanks again for being there and pushing me! Love you guys!
