– Warmarama at the Rock where it all began: 11 reps IC x SSH, IST, Mountain Climbers, Merkins.
– 11 rounds partner work around the track. Squats at corners, relieving partners. 100M run. 11 times.
– 11 corners of Work (corners = 11 reps of Lunges, CDDs, Merkins and Burpees).
– Mandatory Monkey Humpers (11, of course) at the front of the greenway coming and going for our adoring neighbors.

– Vespa: still trying to stage a Q takeover.
– Detention: clutch with the gate key to the forbidden track.
