– 10 squat troopers at the bottom of Skyline
– 10 decline CDD at first street
– Back down to base for 10 squat troopers
– Mosey back to first street for 10 decline CDD then mosey to second street for 20 merkins
– Back down to base and 10 squat troopers
– Mosey to first street for 10 decline CDD, then to second street for 20 merkins and mosey to third street for 30 squats
– Back down to home base for 10 squat troopers.
– Mosey to first street for 10 decline CDD, then Second street for 20 merkins, third street for 30 squats and mosey to fourth street for 40 Low Flutters. Took the long cut back down trying to figure out which one was @nextdoor’s house. Stopped by speed limit sign for 25 side straddle hops. Moseyed all the way to random house for 21 more Side straddle hops, then stopped at stop sign for 10 decline CDD. Back up toward the school stopping at school crossing sign for 5 half burpees. Stopped at Shelley for 10 lunges. Moseyed to elementary school for 10 reps of power roll, power squats, power planks.
MARY: Circled up for stretches while Chopper girlfriend called him 3 times to come home, which he missed last portion of stretching. But his home stretch might have been better 🙂
