THANKS too all PAX who brought cans or other food goods this morning. Whether you contributed and took part in the CAN CAN Beatdown or just dropped off the goods, the pantry at St James is appreciative!

Most everyone remembers the basics of the CAN CAN beatdown, but in short… 5 stations involving the lifting of the food bags were conquered through 2 rotations.

With 10 minutes to spare in the hour, the PAX partnered-up and tackled a list of exercises atop the Summit until time expired.

No time for Mary so we carried bags to flag and jumped into the COT.
