Mosey to the school entrance Partner up. Partner 1 does a lap around the island Partner 2 does step ups at the benches. Alternate for a total of 100.

Same partners Mosey over to grab 1 rock per couple. Alternate running and performing:
75 curl’s for the girls
75 Boulder shoulder presses
75 chest presses

Mosey toward buses, bear crawl the path stop halfway lunge walk the rest.
Indian run back to trail entrance, stop for monkey humpers, mosey back to meeting area.
