On-the-fly signup last night so thought it would be appropriate to do an on the fly beatdown! But lets face it, most of mine are like that because “The best kind of prize is a Sur-prise” – Johnny Depp, Charley and the Chocolate Factory.
WARMUP:
Mosey to the middle lot licking up a runner coming in hot. SSHs, Tempo Merkins, ISTs, 2 Hillbillies, Prisoner squats, Mountain Climbers and possibly some other stuff.
THE THANG:
Mosey towards the blocks unleashing the beatdown playlist along the way (Tclaps to the M for letting me borrow her kick ass orange Bose BT speaker)
Partner up for some block work:
Murder Bunnies, Curls (4 the girls), Sumo Squats. Started out as ‘catch me if you can’ but quickly abandoned for simplicity and too many questions. 🙂
Return the blocks and Mosey to the tables for some Dora-like action/step-ups then to the other tables for a ‘Quick Kill’ session of decline/incline Merkins and squats.
MARY: Non existent Traveling Mary – Sprint to the last BB goal with 10 burpee penalty for all after a few jumped the gun. Mosey back to the Flag with a quick demo of the I-Hop – named (posthumously) after a one-legged PAX from F3 Statesville.
