WARMUP: Mosey to track. Stop and greet MC with monkey humpers as he pulls in fashionably late. Toy soldiers, lunges, and stretching to get loose.
THE THANG: Five spots around the track. Reps of 25-20-15-10-5. Dry Docks lap 1, sqats lap 2, American Hammers lap 3, and LBC lap 4. Halftime Show was 30 sasquatches on the bottom bleachers. (squat low enough to Touch the bleacher with your butt or your junk.) Next, lap 5 is SSH, lap 6 is bear crawl,(each hand plant is 1), last 2 laps just run. Two miles on the track. Three Total miles for the day.
