WARMUP: Plank while we wait for everyone to exit cars. Realize these are election workers, not Pax so we begin mosey. Soprano rolls in hot so we do a half bajillion SSH while waiting. Continue mosey away from election site. Eventually MC joins as well.
THE THANG: Some ladders that apparently required advanced math to count, and advanced shoulders to survive. A few series of P1 running while P2 does some rock work. Break for core work to stare at eclipse (no silly glasses needed).
Finish up with a few more running/rock work series. Note that skull crushers are laying down while tricep extensions are standing. Modify as needed?
