YHC loved Tuesdays anniversary beatdown to much, we did something similar. Hateful accusations for being a copycat later turned into love. Copying is the best form of flattery.

WARMUP: zig zag run of the Comanche hill trees after a little Al Gore tree hugging. Mosey to the front of the school for a seven count motivator followed by the usual, IST, penny, pickers, windmill, Merkins, mountain climbers, more Merkins
THE THANG:
Mosey to the courtyard with blocks in hand. We did chests, legs and tri’s with some abs and rubbing in between. Crowd favorites were called out. The winner was the block leg curls! Apparently YHC is the only one that can do these because he’s fat, :rolling_on_the_floor_laughing:.

Satellites were spotted!!! buckwheat.
