11 pax made the journey to the RS AO under a beautiful SuperMoon. 10 pax finished the BD. One pax pulled an Elvis as the additional gravitational pull of the SM was too strong for their innards.
WARMUP: make a circle and do some stuff
THE THANG:
Head to the GW entrance/MHH for the start of the fun. 3 flags on the way to the long bridge. We stopped at the last 2 and the bridge for 5,10,15 reps and then moseyed back to top of hill for some MH IC to start each round. Rounds were merkins, AS, CDD, Bobby Hs. It is somewhere during this stage we shed a pax due to nature calling.
Bear crawl/lunge walk across long bridge. Little faith from some pax as to the viability of the Peanut Pathway. Saw the county had cut the common ways so we were good to go on our field trip on the PP to the HRMS gym wall. Ladder time
