WARMUP: Did lines through the teachers lot then karaoke down the drop-off lane. Picked up jugs at alcove. Some good mumblechatter started up with concerns regarding how much whole milk YHC consumes. Proceed to Jug-lunge walk from alcove to speed bump. Circle up for Warmarama: SSH, hillbillies, peanut pickers, hairy rockettes, and O-face.

THE THANG:
Jug lunge walk to the teacher lot for Jug Fest exercises.
Pax Line up along the curb and carry 2 jugs across the lot, stopping at 3 cones to do various exercises called out by the Q, 10 reps at each cone.
Cycle jug carry throughout with front Carry, Overhead carry, and out to the side carry each time across the lot.

10 Exercises:
1 (Front carry) Jug-jack press
2 (OH carry) bent fly
3 (side raise carry) curl
4 (OH) squat
5 (Front) windmills
6 (OH) front raise
7 (Side) lunge
8 (OH) tri press
9 (Front) upright row
10 (OH) oh press

Jug Relays:

Round one: partner up with 2 jugs. move one jug at a time. Jugs cannot touch the ground until across the finish line. teammate touching the jug, can only turn, but cannot take steps. First pair to get both jugs across the finish line wins.
There were multiple variations attempted. But the forward lateral jug toss proved to be the most effective. First place went to Pox and Jobu.

Round two: teams of 4 and 5 pax. 8/10 jugs. Teams can move as many jugs at a time, but anyone touching the jugs cannot take steps, only turn. first team to get all jugs across the finish line wins.
Again multiple variations were in play. One team lined up and passed the jugs down the line. Others frantically handed and tossed jugs around. Only one fumble between Life Alert and Jobu that resulted in a busted jug. Jobu made a run for a spare jug and somehow recovered and came through with the W.

Round 3: Two teams, over/under jug relay. This came down to the wire with a photo finish. To close to really call.
