M1: The Secret Service Snatch Test
10 minute time cap. AMRAP Snatches. Goal 200 reps with 24kg/53# KB. QIC brought a 24 KG so that we could all look at it and use something much lighter…except for Hot Pack. It was painful. Multiply your weight times reps for a baseline and try to improve next time.
M2: British Tommy from the YouTube led us on some lower body contortions.
M3: No merlot, but it sounded like MC was close during the stretching portion

Already earned the RS Nickel and maybe the Six Pack tomorrow. Tclaps to Clcikbait for busting out the Roll Tide trophy everyday he’s posted, which has been all but one.
