Did the normal warmup, today being St Patrick’s Day we had trivia. Get it right no burpees, wrong 3 burpees. Got a few right and learned somethings.
Workout, we had burpees, LBC, CDD, Merkins, Calf Raises, Rocky Balboa, Dips, Squats, Lunges, Bear Crawl, Quadraphilia, Then grabbed some rocks and did, curls, skull crushers, chest press etc. After wards some of the guys did their ab workout.
