WARMUP: Poutine usually but added bus parking lot shuffles with air presses.
THE THANG: 3 pains stations with cinder blocks. The counter is the folks at station 1. When the counters are done, they mosey with cinder blocks to station 2. The pax in station2 continue to exercises until pax from station 1 gets to them. Station 2 pax mosey to sation 3 and so on. We did 2 rounds of the following.
Station 1: curls x15
Station 2: CB swings
Station 3: shoulder presses

The next 3 pain stations we did.

Station 1: Squat thrusters x 10
Station 2: chest press
Station 3: Bent over rows

The last 3 pain stations were as follows

Station 1: Step ups x10 (1 is 1)
Station 2: incline merkins on block
Station 3: dips on block

Some burpee penalties were assessed for the following violation.
– 5 burpees for making fun of French language during warmarama
– 5 burpees penalties for not trying to count in French except for Sandman and snowsuit doing 3 burpees counting in French.
– 6 burpees for not doing step ups with blocks except for @dune and YHC doing 3 burpees for step up with blocks.
Lastly we did pacer runs going from 1st basketball to 2nd post doing 1 burpee at 2nd post. We then quadriphilia back to first post then mosey to 3rd post with 2 burpees. Quadrophilia back to starting post and then mosey to 4th post with 3 burpees. Quadriphilia back to setting post.

ANNOUNCEMENTS: Dune 1 year anniversary followed by breakfast at his house. RSVP to dune if you have not done so. That way his wife won’t kill him if we have more who show up than RSVP.
COT: Prayers for Austin who is struggling with anxiety at age of 10. We need all prayer warriors to send stenght from above for her and strength for the family.
