YHC came in on two wheels and was happy to see buffalo_bill join us following our happenstance encounter at the beer garden last week. The rest of the Comanche usuals were there, making it a SOLID eight-man group today. sully ran a 5K during warmorama and our first few exercise groupings, whilst the rest of us labored through. The man is training for his 60 and over group 5K and is gonna crush it.

hammer did his best to live vicariously through YHC’s new dating life, so I rewarded him with some pickle pounding, cheek clapping action. A total body beatdown ensued. pongo showed us that Papi life by adding some salsa to our day (ie Rosalita’s ). We had at Avalanche demonstrate the Comanche hamster for the rest of us NOT to do it.

If you were there, you know that we did a lot more. No one was hit by a car and the principal brought us home with some Piano man.
