THE THANG: Quick mosey to teachers lot to get the heartrate up. Line up. Sprint to the other side. Quick break and sprint back.
Mosey back to car rider circle for some partner work. Run around circle until you meet your partner. Perform exercises together, run back the way you came from until you meet your partner again and do the exercise again.
1st round: Pattycake merkins x20, x15, x10
2nd round. WWII’s. x15, x10, x5
3rd round. Squats x20, x15, x10
New idea. Station 1. Five guys line up close to wall. Station 2. Five guys line up facing them at the bottom curb. Other 5 guys are timers. You’re working in 3-man teams. (I tagged along with another group). We did 3-4 cycles of each Round.
Round 1. Carolina dry docks, American hammers, timer had to hop.
Round 2. Crunches, reverse lunges, timer bear crawled.
Round 3. Merkins, low flutters, timer side-shuffled.
Mosey to wall next to bus lot for a burpee wave while in people’s chair and doing air presses. We did 2 rounds of this.

Big Bird gained RESPECT today! He turned the big 5-0 today! Happy birthday Big Bird! (I’m hoping I tagged the right Big Bird at the top, if not, someone tell me and I’ll switch it.) Ya’ll better buy this man a beer if he shows at JB’s tonight!

COT: Prayers lifted for David, Kelly, Greek’s son, safety for athletes competing in school sports this fall, esp football.
