WARMUP: Mosey to the track. Hop the fence. Typical warmup exercises. One lap of four corners with 5 merkins and 5 squats at each corner whe I set up the thang.
THE THANG: Let the highlight reel role. Ultimate frisbee 8 vs. 8. There is a difference between wins and victories. The green team was victorious because they scored more touchdowns. When each of us got out of bed and showed up we had already won. We fought the fight. I agree with LifeAlert, wish we had a few of those catches on film. Steel cannon’s catch stuck out to me the most.
