17 #MECA pax (including one from Richmond and one from Gainesville, FL) met in the ever brightening gloom to honor an American hero and man of God, Chaplain Emil Kapaun on a #REDFriday at #Comanche AO.
Slightly Modified WOD:
Warm Up: Parkour lap (thanks for getting started without YHC); SSH; Windmill, Imperial Storm Troopers; Mericans; Mountain Climbers
Run around the school and end up at the Rock Pile (choose a nice “two hander”)
Head to the top of the bleachery hill (does #Comanche have a new name for this hill?)
22 Rock Swings
22 Jumps over Rock
Run circle: down entrance road, across parking lot, back up hill (300m)
22 Burpees
22 Rock Squats
Run circle: down entrance road, across parking lot, back up hill (300m)
Repeat 22 rep exercises with circle run until time is called
Return rock to its home and meet up for Mary (thanks @Hugo for leading)

Skipper – great to meet you and some other PAX today. It is also nice to be able to say hello by name – Hammer, Robin’s Nest, McFeeley, Ace Ventura – you guys are serious athletes!
