A few brethren showed up at town center but the other 10 of us made our way to Stallings Park for our Monthly Murph to honor Lt. Murphy who’s legendary work ethic and preparation inspire people still to this day. He chose to live a life worth remembering and I hope each of you do as well.

THE THANG: 1 mile run, 100 Pull-Ups, 200 Push-Ups, 300 squats, 1 mile run

PRAISES that we have our brother Mad Dog, Garth, back in the house! He’s back from a successful deployment of protecting the family of the Secretary of War. We are all so grateful for his service and example. What a guy! Thank you to all those who kept him and his family in their prayers over the past 15 months.
