11 pax emerged from their vehicles for another exciting version of the RS Boulder Bootcamp. temps were completely opposite of Monday BB as Mother Nature keeps us guessing. We had a Kotter return to the flock and a solid number of regulars given the NCAA finals last evening. Not as if anyone really cares after the Blue Devils were screwed on Saturday. I regress. Disclaimer given and time to get it on

WARMUP: mosey around the teacher lot with some lines and stuff and end up at Draco for the usual

THE THANG: suggested the use of the wall and MC jockeyed for position with anticipation of some muscle ups. However the Q is all kinds of crazy sore from various BDs and life in general. Decided on a 10-2 by 2 ladder of Mike Tysons/AS.
Standard grumbling from the pax.
Moseyed to the teacher lot for the always popular Merkin line suicide. Kept the by 2 theme. 2-18 lines covered. Need ti and a Fibonacci formula for the totals, but it was a few. Big Tuna and LoveSeat discussed various crock pot recipes along the way. It was like being stuck next to 2 grandmas on a cross country flight and being in the middle seat. We continued with the same format 2-18 with air squats. Recipe talk continued.
Paired up and brought back an old faithful, burpee tag. Drop and perform 2 burpees and catch your partner as he runs island to island in the teacher lot. Partner can be naughty or nice depending on pace
Moved over to Whatley Wall and kept the partner for step ups
Tried a few new Core exercises at the wall. Gonna need some names for these bad boys so feel free to chime in. Assume dip position and then “marching legs” IC. Same position and “Russian legs” IC..
Finished off with Derkins IC and then a Derkin plank with reach throughs
MARY: standard LBC and LF. Nonstandard serimade of an old Country Beer song by MC. As Randy from American Idol would say…”a little pitchy dog” but solid nonetheless. New tune to me. Thanks for enlightening and entertaining.
