WARMUP: Lap around parking lot with some karaoke, butt kickers and high knees. Circle up for SSH, Clap jacks, Smurf jacks, low slow squats, windmills, toy soldier, MC
THE THANG: Mosey to front of church for Jack webs, 1 – 9 merkins single count, 1 – 9 overhead press in cadence.
Mosey back to parking lot. 6 stations, different burpee at each station. 90 secs of burpee, followed by 60 sec run around cars, rotating to next burpee station.
Burpees included – regular, man-maker, 180, star, bonnie blair, reverse.
Mosey to bottom of the summit. Burpee Dans back to the top (1 burpee, 4 lunge walks)
