As the title suggests, somedays (most days) there is no plan. Why? Cause just like ya’ll, I don’t want to know what’s coming! Today was one of those perfect days that the AO spoke to me the whole way! (even the Burpees weren’t my idea!)
WARMUP: Mosey around with a little serpentine through the columns with Bear Crawls at the entrance then gather in the South lot for SSHs, ISTs, Windmills, Tempo Merkins and Mountain Climbers! MOSEY!!
THE THANG: To the rail for some rail work Inclines and declines – 2 rounds of 10. Next to the closest hill for some ladder work: 1 to 5, Squats/Hand Release Merkins (the only Honest Merkin) Quadraphelia on the up.
THEN, to the South LBH (little baby hill) for more ladder work which (as dictated by the AO) was Squats and Burpees.
So, enough hill work….
To the tables for some partner table presses (2 rounds of 10ea) and then some partner work: P1 Apollo Ohno, P2 run the loop x3?? Last but not least Partner Ass-Clappers – P1 Run to yield sign, P2 Ass Clapper, flip flop x 3.
Serpentine back the flag for Mary!
