Great push by the PAX today!  It is was an honor to be the official first time Q of White Lightning!  This is a great AO with tons of areas to get a good quality beatdown. As one of the PAX noted the surface of the parking lot is extremely smooth. It Makes for a very pleasurable Merkin and Burpee experience. We tested both pretty extensively today! It is also great to see some of the other PAX from other around MECA. I really look forward to getting to know you better as we continue to break in the AO.

We do need a Q for next week… Who’s got next?

Make it a great day men!

  1. Great job today @Google. Thanks for leading. Vicious beatdown. That reverse spider man crawl is my new least favorite exercise ever. And if I never see that grassy hill again it will be too soon. Great meeting all you Harrisburg guys today. Hope to see you out here again soon.

  2. Great lead this morning @Google! Tough, tough beatdown. This AO has pretty much everything needed for a quality bootcamp. Looking forward to many more out here!

  3. @Google – tough one. Great way to kick off the new workout. Probably best @ColMustard didn’t show. After all, it was hard….

  4. The only reason I showed up this morning is that @Gamma said we’d be playing hop-scotch on the checkered flag. #TClaps to @Gamma and @ColMustard for making this one happen.

Strong lead @Google! Way to take advantage of what the AO has to offer. Also, nice to see PAX from different areas. Great push out there this morning fellas.

Don’t know if the ‘Minnow’ listing is in jest, but I had to chuckle… he’s trying to shorten it to ‘SS’… leaving off the ‘SS’, was directly opposite of what he’s going for. Like I said, had to chuckle. I’ve got mad #Respect for the @SSMinnow.

    1. oops…Next time @SS

      1. Don’t worry about it – he’s still @SSMinnow!

      2. And I mean that with all due respect of course!

      3. SSMinnow, Minnow, SS … any variation works as far as I’m concerned

Good workout, Google. That hill by the highway gets bigger and steeper…and a whole lot tougher, the farther you zig-zag up and down it toward Morehead Rd.

Bruton certainly did invest heavily in asphault for that turn one lot…its a really long way across it

Good to meet some Pax from NO29!

  5. Strong lead Google, I sure enjoyed the workout and the new AO. I’ll definitely be back out. Good push by the group.
