THE THANG: did 3 sets of 20 of calf raises & CDD then did 3 sets of 20 of step ups on the bench with LBC. Went over to the cinder blocks and did 3 sets of 10 of over head press, curls for the girls, bent over rowers. Then did 3 sets of chest press 1 doing 10, then I was called out saying we should do 20, so we did 20 then 1 set of 25. Lunged walk back to the school bus parking lot. There we would do gas pumpers, poutine low flutters, hold a plank for a minute, I think mountain climbers. In between each we would run around the trailers.
