WARMUP: Mosey to Mount Afton with some SSH, HB, PP, Squats, and other warmers along the way.
THE THANG:
1. Partner work up and down Mount Afton included, burpee broad jumps, lunges, backward lunges, and a good mix of runs.
2. Santa’s Wheel of fun. Deer Crawl and Snowman shuffle in and out the spokes.
3. Santa’s Shelter: 50 Yurpee partner work with run and some people’s chair with air presses and mammograms.
MARY: People’s Mary with lots of staples. Did include a special edition of the Squirm in honor of Pharaoh!
