9 pax came out to enjoy the balmy temps of the gloom. Dash on the lesbian locomotive claimed 38 but actual temps felt a lot warmer in contrast to the last 2 weeks.
WARMUP: circle up at the launch and move through the regulars in quick fashion
THE THANG: start at the HHGW hill for 2 flags and 1 bridge routine. 5,10,15 reps of merkins. Plan was to head down the GW but the county actually was actually working on the bridge and an audible was called. Pax were lucky as a diabolical routine was planned. Head back up the hill and head to Marquette. 5 lights 3 burpees per light. Get to the choppa hill 10/2 ladder by 2. Merkins too AS bottom. Finished down low and some core exercises. 5 AS per light on the way back down Marquette. One more 2 flag 1 bridge routine and then to the Launch
