8 men showed up on a cold, rainy dreary morning and made life better for themselves. We sang, we danced, ribbed each other a little bit and went our separate ways. Our new MQ showed up hobbled for his first tour of duty, but he modified and powered through as expected. We stayed dry but warmed up quickly and stayed that way throughout. 1.1 miles of running under the portico with a myriad of exercises sprinkled in. Well done today, men. Definitely didn’t expect 8 today and was pleasantly surprised once all were assembled.
