WARMUP: Poutine usual
THE THANG: we covered 2.25 miles which started with tennis court ball toss for burpees depending on where the ball landed- 1,5, or 10 burpees! Luckily nobody stopped the ball in the red area(10 burpees). Surprisingly many balls stopped in the smallest section of the court for 1 burpee. We then moseyed to MCHS where we got ready for ACT. Partner bench step up and run to street and back and then Iron Mike and partner ran to street and back 2x. We then moseyed to steel rail by round about for incline Merkins, pull ups and decline merkins x2 for 10 reps. Moseyed over I—485 for partner dips while partner ran the round about. We then did 15 monkey humpers over I-485 but we didn’t cause any accidents. Moseyed to nice platform area by new condos for 2 rounds of power planks and power squats. Moseyed to other side of the street for 20 LBCs, 15 Peter Parker and 15 Parker Peter x2. Moseyed to area of new shortcut between condos for 10 CDD. Moseyed to side entrance of MCHS for 20 calf raises. Moseyed to the snack shack for 2 rounds of donkey kicks, shoulder taps, jumps squats. Moseyed back to parking lots for Mason Twist, Poitine low flutters (using Sparky’s cadence whisper), pretzel crunch and wrapped it up with 7 minutes of stretching.

ANNOUNCEMENTS: Sully’s aviation museum is open. Our Sully will be there today as volunteer and “The other Sully” will also be there to mingle with visitors. If you haven’t been check it out. It is a fantastic museum.
COT: prayed for those suffering from mental illnesses or other illnesses. Reach out to friends, family members or others you have not spoken in a while.
