THE THANG: rain for 2 straight days need to find something to keep the pax dry. Hopefully sugar and heatstroke won’t think less of me, but I don’t do cold and wet. Marquette always delivers on multiple levels. The OG Marquette was a French missionary and Jesuit Priest. Explorer of the upper Mississippi and namesake of the finest street in Moss Creek. It must be one of the reasons I love this street so much as I was the product of a Jesuit education. It taught me how to count be 5s and mathematical ladders, so here we return for another beatdown. 5 streetlights 10 reps at each light. Alternate merkins and AS. Rally in the sac and head to greenway. Take “get to the choppa” hill for 10/1 AS/merkin ladder. Head back up Marquette for same exercises at lights 5 reps per light. Guardian run back to AO stopping at MH hill for our medicine.
