Mosey over to the school entrance for some laps at the speed hump
Plank Walk w/ burpees at the hump
Bear Crawl w/ squats at the hump
Crab walk and sprint
Plank walk with mericans every 3rd parking spot
Mosey to the end of the parking lot for a Donkey Kick/Mike Tyson ladder 10/2
Gassers in the parking lot with exercise (5/10/15) @lifealert felt cheated out of the 20 count set. Exercises were mericans, squats, probably something else I can’t remember.
Finish up with Lung walk gasser (really just a foolish time filler).
