10 Men gathered in the gloom to experience the newest AO to the MECA region.

A quick run down Concrete lane

COP:
SSH x20
Merkins Warmup x30
Squats x20
Mountain Climbers x20

Run over to the hill for the following:
10-2 Ladder by 2’s
Merkins at the top
Jump Squats at the bottom
Run up and down in between

Run on over to the Parking Lot restroom for the following:
People Chair with x20 Air Press
Run to Light Pole and perform x20 Mountain Climbers
Repeato x3

Run over to Gate “?” and partner up for the following:
Suspended Merkins x10
Suspended Merkins x10
Run up the hill to the gate
10 Hurpees (Half Burpees – no Merkin)
Run back to the wall
Repeato x3

Turned it over to Gamma

At the bottom of the hill on the curb perform 20 Curb Hops
Run to the top at the Gate and perform 10 Squat Jumps
Continue this ladder working from 20 – 2 on curb and 10-1 at top

LBC x30
Low Flutter x31
Pretzel Crunch x20
Reverse Crunch x20
Homer to Marge with Low Dolly thrown in

COP:
– That was a great start to an AO with many possibilities
– This AO seems to be a central location to many existing AO’s (picked by design) that don’t have Monday Bootcamp options so invite you brothers and FNG’s to join us.
– T-claps to @Google and @Finnegan this morning as they were pushing the PAX

    That was a good one this morning for sure. Not gonna lie, I was struggling with Gamma hill at the end there… Definitely a lot options out there for good boot-camp routines.

    @AstroVan – bootcamp, 0530 on Mondays, park outside Turn 1, and we’ll give you a free tour of the AO!

    @Hammer – i agree that ramp ladder sucked, which means we’ll probably be doing it again sometime.
