THE THANG: Run behind City Hall to Shangri La. Eight pax did the exercises while the other eight pax ran. Exercises to include Apollo Ono, Bobby Hurleys, Plank Rotation, SSH, Star Jumps, LBCs, Flutter kicks, and Core Killers. Run back out to Flag Circle for a warmdown to include SSH, wide grip merkins, and dimond merkins.
