After a brief warmorama, The Extinction Beatdown began.

each round consists of
20 squats
20 Merkins
20 Atomic Crunches
1 lap run

But each round is timed. If anyone (except Big Blue) doesn’t complete it in the allotted time, we all go extinct and have to do penalty burpees. That exception was important, as we could see Big Blue planning a burpee mutiny.

AND each round gets shorter!

The first Round had an allotted time of 4:45.
Each subsequent Round decreased by 15 seconds.
We did 12 Rounds, finally going extinct in the 2-minute Round.

After our penalty burpees, we did 1 Minutes Abs and called it good.

Congratulations to Audit on his first day of retirement. Glad he joined us. Now he and Big Blue can go get the free senior coffee.
