THE THANG: People’s Q!! Phase 1 with hammer at the picnic tables. (he discovered a new shoulder exercise … that will likely become a recurring exercise). Phase 2 with Spaz in the new playground, then a lunge\merkin combo until we reached the entrance. Phase 3 with Avalanche painfully took us back to the picnic tables via burpee broad jumps. where he shared a smorgasbord of merkins upon our return. Phase 4 with hokie_pokie tested pillar stability for the length of the entire walkway. Phase 1-4 was overseen by buckwheat with plenty of peanut gallery comments.
