As YHC pulled into the AO at 5:15, I was tailed by a po po into the lot who kept a close eye as I set up. I was thinking of how to incorporate the Cop into the beatdown or come up with a good nickname, should someone decide to EH him. All the Pax who arrived shorty after were on alert.
3 Passporters joined along with 5 RS regulars on a hot and humid morning in the gloom to get their week started off right with some Bell Buster work.

WARMARAMA: Moseyed around the lot with some lines, side shuffle, butt-kickers, and high knees. Jimmy Buffet was suggesting that we mess with the cop who was having a couple doughnuts right in the middle of the lot, but we let him enjoy the his jelly-filled goodness without bother. )Probably in our best interest.) Circled up by Draco for some SSH, IST, Hillbillies, TPS, windmills, penny pickers, Mtn climbers and tempo merkins.

THE THANG: The dice came out with categorized exercise cards. The pax went around the circle flipping over a card and rolling 2 dice. Rep count=Sum of the dice x2. Snake eyes=20, and doubles gets a 5 burpee penalty. 3 rounds of full body exercises with laps in between and an agility ladder incorporated into each lap. The dice were mostly kind, with only 2 doubles and no snake eyes or double boxcars.
Next, we carried our bells to the circle where parters were selected.
Partner bell carry
1. Swings with you own bell while partner does an overhead carry around short median and back.
2. Switch bells with your partner and do curls while partner does a rack carry around the median.
3. Last round, double bell farmers carry while partner does WWII’s.

Return with the bells to the alcove for Mary.
