Bear crawl across Poplar Tent, okay we really didn’t do that, but we did cross, and circled up in the parking lot for:
SSH, Windmill, Mtn Climbers, Plank Jack, ISTs.
THE THANG:
There were some cones already setup, maybe 20 yards apart and an enlarged weinke, with 8 modes of locomotion, listed 1 to 8. Partner up and explanation given, basically alternating P1 and P2, working the list in “12 days of Christmas” style, but there’s no partridge in a pear tree.
