The PAX were treated to a SpaceX rocket launch right as the workout was set to begin but the Q had another flying machine in store for the beatdown. Slightly after 5:30, a disclaimer was given and the PAX moseyed to the corner of the student lot.

All PAX in people’s chair. First PAX does 10 squats, 10 Merkins, 10 WWII, then runs across the field and back. When he starts his run, the next PAX starts his exercises, etc until all PAX have run.
PAX on the wall did several rounds of air presses in cadence and some alternating single leg people’s chair while waiting.
