THE THANG:
Mosey to top of greenway.
Start with 20 merkins.
Run down to bridge, 20 merkins + 20 squats.
Across the bridge, 20m + 20 sq + 20 dips
Run down to next bridge,
20m + 20 sq + 20d + 20 WW-2s.
Run, well, slow walk, across bridge,
20m + 20 sq + 20d + 20 WW-2s + 20 Dry Docks.

Ok, catch breath and mosey down greenway a bit more, then YHC pulled out the F3 cards, like a Eucher-size deck, and each pax pulled a card, announced exercise, and then ran down to the shelter and back, as timer. Rest of us schleps did the exercise.

Easy mosey back, no merkins, no squats, just some chatter.
Oh, did Monkey Humpers back at the top of the greenway, couple of cars had full view.
