WARMUP:
Moseyed over to the HRMS parking lot for some of the usual running around and warm up exercises

THE THANG:
>From the front of the school, P1 did the exercise, P2 ran a lap. Two round each exercise: Burpees, squats, WWII, Derkins, incline merkins, lunges, step ups, dips
Moseyed to the rock pile. P1 did the exercise, P2 ran a lap, One round per exercise: Curls for the girls, skull crushers, bent over rows, chest press.

ANNOUNCEMENTS:
Despite it being the 2nd of the month, Detention and I couldn’t figure out if it was in fact the first Thursday. After consulting a calendar, I can confirm it is the first Thursday of the month so HDHH tonight at JB’s. I can’t make it as I have to return some videotapes.
