Mid 50s showed up and so did the crowd. Nothing draws a crew like true “Suck It Bros temperatures.”

Solid group of ruckers putting in the work and four runners out front setting the tone. Great to see Shooter make the trip from Afton and Scrum roll in from Harrisburg. Love the cross pollination. Also great to witness Semper Fry’s triumphant return.

We also took a brief but spirited detour into an important 2026 debate: who has logged more F3 work so far, Boucher or Life Alert. The stats committee is reviewing the tape.

For the history lesson: “Suck It Bros” was born when Sugar posted a cool dashboard temp from Ohio while we were all melting in North Carolina. The caption said it all. Now mid 50s forever carries that banner.
