6 brave souls obliged YHC and took a walk with me on this brisk morning! It started with a 7 to 1 motivator to warm us up a bit. It worked… a little.
WARMUP: Parkour run and warmerama which included the motivator; ISTs.
THE THANG: Mosey to the rock pile and grab a manageable rock. We took a walk to where the sidewalk ends and did some specials on the way. These included calf raises, overhead presses, curls, Merkins, chest presses, tricep extensions. Repeato, Repeato.
MARY: LBCs and Rosalita.
ANNOUNCEMENTS: snowmageddon is coming! Final determination on the mountain trip to be announced on Thursday. Great job to the Mount Afton challenge team.
