WARMUP: Sometheat the usual with a Few missteps!
THE THANG: Suitcase carry to the bottom of the sportsclub gym entrance which doesn’t open until 6:00. We performed a series of 3 exercises by gym entrance. First trio: curls, skull crushers, swings were done 3 times followed by mosey up the stairs and back around. Second trio of 3 sets. Bent over rows, wall shoulder presses, squat thrusters, by that time the Skywalker runners stop by to get some heat from our heated overhead light. Third trio of 3 sets were chess press, outhouse curls Steph Curry. YHC voluntold 2 PAX to do chess press in the gym but nobody else went after because they complained it was too hot in there. Another mosey up the stairs and back. 4th trio of 3 sets were Snowblowers, double taps, chess press. One more mosey up the stairs and back. We finished with a power round of curls, skull crushers, swings, thrusters, snowblowersz

COT: prayers for Brown University families and Australian families affected by shootings. Also prayed for the 13 year old victim of the former Sycamore owner’s despicable and horrific act. We also prayed for the Sycamore families and employees who had nothing to do with what happened but now paying the price.
