WARMUP: Avalanche thought we should do burpees between regular warmups exercises. We did. We hated him for it.
THE THANG: It was a revolving Q that involved everyone calling out some exercises throughout the morn. Solid work and lots of sweat. Plenty of reminders that we didn’t want to do the burpees Avalanche called out.
MARY: pongo wrapped it up with a medley of ab work while Enter Sandman was prominently played in the background from the early arriving admin in the Bronco.
ANNOUNCEMENTS: Afton Street cleanup (8am) this Saturday after 7am Afton Beatdown.
