The answer: “Extinction!”

After a brief warmorama, The Extinction Beatdown began.

each round consists of
20 squats
20 Merkins
20 Atomic Crunches
1 lap run

But each round is timed. If someone doesn’t complete it in the allotted time, we all go extinct and have to do penalty burpees.

AND each round gets shorter!

The first Round had an allotted time of 5:00. Each subsequent Round decreased by 15 seconds. 10 Rounds, and The Final Round was only 2:45.

The results:

Unlike the dinosaurs, who saw a meteor and just gave up and went extinct, these fit men saw the burpee penalty and ran faster, and survived without extinction! No burpees!
